Tree Removal

The ArborTx tree removal process starts with safety. After a tree has been inspected and deemed safe for our climbers to ascend they will outfit themselves with proper safety equipment and tools. 

Climbers typically begin in the top section of the tree. Larger limbs are cut into smaller pieces on site and eased down to the ground by using ropes. This rope rigging allows us to safely control their descent. Once the tree trunk is all that remains the crew then begins removing the smaller sections of the trunk from the top down, until it becomes short enough to cut as low as possible to the ground, usually a few inches above the grade. Depending on the size of the tree trunk, our Certified Arborists can discuss stump removal with you.

As the tree is being removed our groundsmen safely remove debris off site to be hauled away. At ArborTx Tree Care Service, debris haul off is included with all of our removals. If you would like any of the tree limbs left on site for your personal use (e.g. firewood) just let us know, we are happy to help.

Tree Trimming

If you want to keep your trees looking neat and aestheticly appealing throughout the year, then our tree trimming service is just what you need! Tree Cabling

Tree cabling reduces the potential risks of structural failure by limiting the movement of stems and branches with weak attachments. This curbs injuries to people and damage to property by giving structurally weak tree parts a boost so when strong winds blow and huricane season arrives they can stand strong. 

ArborTx can install flexible steel cables and solid steel braces to strengthen weak stems and branches to provide trees with some degree of supplemental support.

Stump Grinding

Stumps left after a tree has been removed often need to be removed. They can be frustrating eyesores, especially if they are attached to any running roots stretching throughout your landscape. Stump grinding is the most effective way to finish the tree removal process. Our trained team members are able to safely maneuver our top of the line equipment to effectively remove your stump and exposed roots.

Please note, that once a stump is removed you won’t be able to plant another tree in that same spot again.

Additionally, machine has finished grinding, you will be left with a mulch pile where there once was a stump. This mulch pile is often 20-30% larger than the pre-existing stump. This mulch can be left on site to backfill the depression left from the stump removal.

Shrub Trimming
